We will review the design for printability and send you a quote. Once the details are approved, we will create a private Etsy listing for your exact order.

PRICING

Batch pricing depends on:

• Product size and weight
• Printing time
• Material type
• Quantity ordered
• Color changes
• Assembly or finishing requirements
• Packaging requirements

Larger quantities normally receive a lower per-piece price.

SAMPLE PRINT OPTION

This listing includes one physical sample print made from a customer-supplied, print-ready file:

• Maximum finished size: 3 × 3 × 3 inches
• Maximum material usage: 50 grams
• Standard PLA material
• One available stock color
• Standard print quality
• No design work, supports removal, sanding, painting or assembly included

Products exceeding these limits require a custom quote before ordering.

DESIGN SERVICES

Basic adjustments may be available for an additional charge. Complex design creation, engineering work or extensive file repair will be quoted separately.

FILE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS

You must own the design or have permission to reproduce it. We cannot print copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, patented products or protected designs without authorization from the rights holder.

By submitting a file, you confirm that you own it or have permission to have it manufactured. Customer files remain confidential and will not be sold or shared.

PRODUCTION

All products are made to order by MadMoo3d using our own 3D printers. Production time begins after the design, quantity, material, color and price have been approved.

Batch orders may have minor variations in layer appearance, color or surface texture. Layer lines are a normal feature of FDM 3D printing.

WHOLESALE AND REPEAT ORDERS

Recurring business orders are welcome. We can retain approved production settings to help maintain consistency across future batches. Please contact us to discuss expected quantities and ordering frequency.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Because these products are custom manufactured, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or does not match the approved order specifications.

Cancellations are only available before materials have been ordered or production has started.
